Because we sell fresh and frozen food, we are unable to accept returns on perishable items once they have left the store or been delivered.

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or you have any concern, please contact us as soon as possible – ideally within a few hours of purchase or delivery – and we’ll do our best to make it right.
